Hikmat Farid Beaini, a business consultant, founded Arab Media House, Inc. in 1990 in Washington D.C. and published Al-Nashra Newspaper and the Arab-American Directory. Beaini founded Al-Hilm Al-Arabi Radio in August 2000 and produced numerous radio and television shows. He was quoted by the BBC, Reuters, Washington Post and other American and international media since he immigrated from Lebanon to the United States in 1986.
Hikmat Beaini is a legal consultant for various immigration and trade law firms. He graduated with a Masters Degree in international business law from the American University - Law School in Washington D.C. His legal background in both the American and European laws allowed him to travel overseas and negotiate international media and trade contracts. As a founder of Arab Media House, Inc. Beaini promoted various businesses and non-profit organizations and presented community leaders with the yearly "Media House" award. He received letters of congratulation for his community role from prominent leaders in the United States including president Clinton and members of the U.S. Congress.
